The De'Longhi Pinguino PACEX120 is a 3-in-1 appliance which can be used as an air conditioner, dehumidifier and fan. As such, it's useful in some capacity all year around. It's a highly effective appliance with an impressive air cooling power of 11500BTU and an enormous water extraction rate as high as 41 litres per day, depending on the humidity level in the room.

The unit is designed with the environment in mind. It avoids using ozone damaging freon, and instead uses natural and high efficiency R290 refrigerant which has zero impact on the ozone layer. We like the colour LED display, as well as the intuitive controls and the convenient remote control. We also like the fact that the appliance is portable due to its castor wheels, carry handle and lightweight/compact design.

• Eco-Friendly - Rather than using ozone damaging freon as a refrigerant like many older air conditioners, the Pinguino PACEX120 uses natural and high efficiency R290 refrigerant which has zero impact on ozone levels. The unit has an A energy rating.
