MeacoCool MC Series Portable Air Conditioner Review

The MeacoCool MC Series Portable Air Conditioner is a 2-in-1 air conditioner and dehumidifier. It's ideal for rooms up to 26 square metres in size, cooling them down quickly and efficiently in the summer, and removing the moisture behind damp, condensation and mould in the winter. It has a high cooling power of 9000BTU, although there are 7000BTU, 8000BTU and 10000BTU models available. In terms of noise output, the unit operates quietly at around the 53dB mark on the lowest fan speed.

The appliance has a number of other features, including easy to use / intuitive digital controls and a handy remote control which allows for use across the room, whilst you're sitting down, etc. The unit is sleep friendly, with an adjustable temperature and a sleep mode. We like its portable design which is partly due to its lightweight build and four castor wheels. In terms of accessories, the unit comes with a window kit for certain windows and a 1.8 metre long exhaust hose.
