The electriQ 12L Dehumidifier is a portable, quiet and highly efficient appliance. It's ideal for tackling damp, condensation and the moisture behind mould growth. It has an extra high extraction rate of up to 12 litres per day, filtering up to 135 cubic metres of air per hour. It has two drainage solutions, namely an included continuous drainage tube or a water tank if the former isn't possible.

The electriQ 12L Dehumidifier has a number of features designed to make the appliance easier to use. It outputs around 39dB of noise during normal operation and features a display screen / colour indicator to show you the current progress. We like the fact that there's space for an HEPA filter to really improve the air quality. We also like how the appliance is highly portable.

• Suitability - The electriQ 12L Dehumidifier can be put into kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, basements, garages, and more.
• Extraction Rate - The dehumidifier extracts water at a rate of 12 litres per day. This rate is sufficient to inhibit mould, spore and bacteria growth, as well as preventing condensation and damp. It filters up to 135 cubic metres of air per hour.
• Drainage - Water can either be removed continuously down the drain or stored in a 2.5 litre antibacterial water tank, depending on if there's space for the tube. The tube allows the appliance to be run continuously. If the tank option is chosen, then the tank needs to be emptied periodically.
• Quiet / Efficient - The dehumidifier is quiet, running at around 39dB. It's so quiet, in fact, that its noise can be slept through. The dehumidifier has an efficient design also. It's up to 30% more efficient than a standard dehumidifier.
• Display Screen / Indicators - The electriQ 12L Dehumidifier has an in-built humidistat which clearly displays the target humidity, letting you set it from 35% to 80% in 5% increments. The unit has a colour indicator also - green for Ideal, yellow for High and red for Very High.
• Filter - The unit has an active carbon filter with space for an HEPA filter to catch dust, pollen, allergens, etc.
• Portable - The dehumidifier is designed to be portable. It's lightweight at 11.5kg and features (concealed) castor wheels for easy transportation.
• Timer - A 24 hour timer lets you schedule the appliance.

Summary

All things considered, the electriQ 12L Dehumidifier is up to the job. It can go in any room in the house and does an excellent job at bringing down the relative humidity level. We love its impressive up to 12 litre per day extraction rate and we like how quiet and energy efficient it is. The filtration system tops everything off, particularly the space for the HEPA filter.
