The AEG AX91-404GY Air Purifier is a compact, well designed and high performance air purifier which can be effectively used all around the house. It intakes air at an impressive rate of up to 400 cubic metres per hour, cleaning it through a five stage filtration system which removes hair, pet fur, dust, pollen, airborne allergens, smoke, odours, mould spores, and more.

We particularly like the low noise level that the air purifier operates at - 17dB on the lowest setting and 46dB on the highest. It can therefore be slept through, meaning you can enjoy fresher, cleaner and healthier air throughout the night. We also like the PureSense sensor which automatically adjusts the fan speed based on the reading. Note that it's also possible to remote control the appliance via an App.

• CADR - The appliance has a CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) of up to 400 cubic metres per hour. The integrated AirSurround system cleans air up to four times faster than older generation models.
• Five Stage Filtration System - The AEG AX91-404GY Air Purifier has a five stage filtration system which consists of a pre-filter, an anti-bacterial layer, an E12 filter, an activated carbon filter and an ioniser. It's capable of removing hair, pet fur, dust, pollen, allergens, mould spores, cooking odours, pet smells, etc. Up to 99.5% of particles as small as 0.3 microns in size are successfully captured. It also eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses.
• Noise Level / Sleep Mode - The appliance runs extremely quietly. On the highest setting it outputs just 46dB, and 17dB on the lowest. This is down to its design and optimised airflow. Such a low noise can be slept through, therefore allowing you to breath clean air during the night and in the morning.
• PureSense System - The appliance has what is known as PureSense technology. It continuously monitors the air quality and adjusts the fan speed and air flow accordingly. The air quality is also updated in real-time on the App.
• App Control - The AEG AX91-404GY Air Purifier can be operated remotely via the AEG Wellbeing App. It lets you monitor the current air quality in real-time. You can also adjust your preferences through this App.
