NA Air Purifier Review

The NA Air Purifier is an effective, easy to use and versatile appliance. It's designed for rooms up to 15 square metres in size, cleaning air at a rate of 150 cubic metres per hour. Air is purified through a three stage filtration system which consists of a pre-filter for larger particles, a true HEPA filter for dust, pollen and allergens, and an activated carbon filter for odours from pets, cooking, etc.

The appliance has four fan speeds on offer - Low, Medium, High and Turbo. They're designed to give you plenty of choice, letting you balance effectiveness with noise output. There's also a sleep mode with a reduced noise level (only 24dB) and an option to switch the decorative light off. The appliance is easy to use, with a user-friendly control panel.

• CADR - The appliance has a CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) of up to 150 cubic metres per hour.
• Three Stage Filtration - The NA Air Purifier has a three stage filtration system which utilises a pre-filter, a true HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter. It removes up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in size. The pre-filter removes larger particles such as hair, pet fur and lint. The true HEPA filter removes dust, pollen, allergens, mould spores, etc. The activated carbon filter absorbs smoke, cooking fumes, pet odours, etc. The appliance will remind you when the filter needs changing. Typical use requires a filter change every 6 months or so.
• Four Fan Speeds - The NA Air Purifier has four fan speeds - Low, Medium, High and Turbo. You can therefore balance performance with quietness.
• Sleep Mode - A useful sleep mode reduces the fan speed to a whisper quiet 25dB. There's also an option to switch off the decorative light. These two things allow you to sleep whilst the appliance runs quietly in the background.
• Noise Level - The air purifier outputs between 25dB and 45dB of noise depending on the fan speed.
• Easy To Use - The control panel is user-friendly, providing easy access to all functions.

Summary

All things considered, the NA Air Purifier is up to the job of successfully purifying the air of up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns in size. We particularly like the high CADR of 150 cubic metres per hour, the highly effective three stage filtration system and the four fan speeds. The sleep mode function is useful for people who suffer from air quality related breathing difficulties as you can run the appliance on a lower/quieter setting and also switch off the light.
