The Geepas GAC9576 has numerous selectable modes. There are three fan speeds on offer (Low / Medium / High), three wind modes (Normal / Natural / Sleep), an up to 90 degree horizontal oscillation function and a 9 hour timer. It also has adjustable vents 120 degrees up/down and a highly portable design due to castor wheels and a comfortable handle.

• Suitability - The Geepas GAC9576 Air Cooler is suitable for use around the home, bedroom, living room, pet room, conservatory, home office, etc. The unit automatically cools/moisturises, removing dry heat and alleviating the symptoms of low humidity such as dry eyes/skin.
• Cooling System - The appliance uses honeycomb cooling technology which essentially consists of a waterfall system which passes warm air over ice cold water so as to effectively distribute ice cold air throughout the room.
• Speed / Wind Modes - The Geepas GAC9576 has three fan speeds - Low, Medium and High. There are also three wind modes - Normal, Natural (variable air flow) and Sleep (air flow reducing over time).
• Water Tank - The water tank has a capacity of 7 litres. It can be filled with water (including water containing ice crystals). The appliance comes with two ice packs that sit in the tank in order to keep the water level low.
• Oscillation Mode - The appliance can oscillate left/right up to 90 degrees in order to increase the cooling range. Its vents can be adjusted up/down by as much as 120 degrees.
• Timer - A countdown timer can be set so that the unit switches off when it reaches zero. The timer goes up to 9 hours.

Summary

All in all, the Geepas GAC9576 Air Cooler is a highly effective appliance with an advanced filtration system and a large water tank which is ice crystal friendly. We particularly like the large 7 litre water tank and the two included ice packs which cool the water in the tank significantly. We also like the number of options on offer, especially the three fan speeds, the three wind modes (normal/natural/sleep), the horizontal oscillation functionality and the timer.
