It has a sophisticated honeycomb filtration system which both sucks in warm air and evaporates water to provide an effective means of cooling air. It's helped by two included ice packs which sit in the water tank.

The Klarstein Skyscraper Ice is packed with features. We go into detail later, but list them briefly now. • Performance - The unit has an air flow rate of up to 210 cubic metres per hour and a noise output of 55dB on the lowest speed.
• Water Tank - A large 6 litre water tank provides the cooling system with ice cold water. Air is passed through a honeycomb filter which evaporates water and cools the air flowing through it. The cooled air temperature therefore depends on the temperature of the water. Two ice packs are included to help cool down the water further. Also, the tank has a water level indicator so that you know how much is inside at any one time.
• Fan Speeds - Three fan speeds can be selected from - Low, Medium and High.
• Operating Modes - The unit has three operating modes - Normal, Nature and Night. Natural mode simulates natural wind by increasing/decreasing the ventilation speed, and night mode works like natural mode but also reduces the maximum speed until it reaches zero.
• Oscillation - A left/right 180 degree oscillation function allows the unit to cover a larger area.
• Air Ionisation - The appliance is capable of ionising the air to remove odours, germs, etc.
• Timer - A timer with automatic switch-off functionality can be set in 0.5 hour intervals up to a maximum of 7.5 hours.
• Controls - The Klarstein Skyscraper Ice can be controlled from the on-board panel or with the included remote control.
• Portability - Four castor wheels allow for easy repositioning.
